Take My Hand

I’m a big Ernie Ford fan and one of my favorites is a song called, Take My Hand. It speaks of the toll of service day in, day out, week after week and year after year. Who hasn’t felt that toll upon occasion?

When my way groweth drear
Precious Lord, linger near
When my light is almost gone
Hear my cry, hear my call
Hold my hand lest I fall
Take my hand, precious Lord
Lead me on

Precious Lord, take my hand
Lead me on, let me stand
I am tired, I'm weak, I am worn
Through the storm, through the night
Lead me on to the light
Take my hand, precious Lord
Lead me home

Our purpose is to be that helping hand for one another. We hope for two things:

Let us help you.
